GATE exam dates 2025 and exam timings for all 30 papers have been announced. GATE admit card 2025 release date has been postponed, and will now be available on January 7, 2025, in online mode at gate2025.iitr.ac.in. The GATE 2025 exam will be held on February 1, 2, 15, and 16, 2025 in online mode as a Computer Based Test. The GATE exam timings 2025 for the morning session is 9:30 am to 12:30 pm and for the forenoon session is 2:30 pm to 5:30 pm.. Following the exam conclusion, the GATE result 2025 will be released on March 19, 2025. IIT Roorkee launched the GATE 2025 official website on June 29, 2024.

GATE Exam Schedule 2025

The GATE 2025 exam is set to be held on February 1, 2, 15 & 16, 2025. Since the examination will be conducted for 30 different papers, IIT Roorkee has released the day-wise GATE exam schedule 2025 at gate2025.iitr.ac.in so that students can stay updated about the subject paper and shift timings. The mode of GATE exam 2025 mode is online. The test paper will include 65 questions for a total of 100 marks. Students will be given 3 hours to complete the paper. GATE Exam Timings 2025

The GATE exam 2025 will be held in two shifts - Shift 1 (Forenoon) and Shift 2 (Afternoon). The GATE 2025 exam timings will be 9:30 AM to 12:30 PM for the first shift and 2:30 PM to 5:30 PM for the second shift. You should reach your respective test centres before the schedule GATE 2025 exam time, or you will not be allowed to enter the centre due to late arrival. 

IIT Roorkee has released the detailed GATE exam timings 2025 including reporting time, login time, exam timings, etc. On the GATE 2025 exam day, follow the given routine so that you arrive on time and there is no hassle. 

GATE 2025 Application Form Date

GATE application form 2025 was released on August 28, 2024. Earlier, IIT Roorkee postponed the GATE application form 2025 release from August 24, 2024 to August 28, 2024. The GATE 2025 registration without late fees was extended till October 3, 2024. The last date to apply for GATE 2025 with late fees was also extended to October 11, 2024. The GATE application process includes registration, form filling, fee payment, document uploading, etc. Before applying for the exam students must check out the GATE 2025 eligibility criteria .

The GATE 2025 application form correction has been completed. The last date to complete the GATE application form correction procedure for PwD students was November 22, 2024.

GATE Admit Card 2025 Date

The GATE 2025 admit card  will be released on January 7, 2025. Students who successfully register for the GATE exam 2025 will be able to download the admit card from the official website. They will need to enter their registered enrollment ID and password to check the GATE 2025 admit card. The admit card of GATE exam 2025 is an important document and students must keep a copy of the same for future reference.

GATE 2025 Answer Key Date

IIT Roorkee is expected to release GATE 2025 answer key in February 2025, a few days after the exam has been conducted. With the help of the answer key students can check the correct answers and get a tentative score. Students can also compare the official answer key with the GATE 2025 response sheet released on the official website. There will be an option to challenge the answer key of GATE 2025. Following that, the official answer key will be released. 

GATE 2025 Result Date

IIT Roorkee will release the GATE 2025 result on March 19, 2025. Students can access their results via the GOAPS 2025 portal. Each student's GATE score is determined on a normalized scale of 0 to 1000. The GATE 2025 scorecard will be valid for three years after the declaration of GATE results in 2025. Students who clear the GATE exam 2025 will have their names on the GATE rank list and will be eligible for the counselling process.

GATE Counselling Date 2025: Detailed GATE CCMT, COAP Schedule

GATE 2025 counselling is expected to begin in May 2025. There is no centralized GATE 2025 counselling. The admissions are done via CCMT counselling or COAP counselling. Students who want to take IIT admissions have to appear in COAP 2025. For M.Tech admission at NITs, IIITs, and GFTIs, CCMT 2025 counselling will be held.
