CCSU Meerut Admission 2025 - Dates, Form, Online Process, Fees

CCSU Meerut admissions 2023 for all undergraduate courses has begun. However, for the B.Tech courses, the admissions are done based on the JEE Main 2023 scores. Also, UPCET (formerly known as UPSEE) exam is also considered for admission to some courses. The Chaudhary Charan Singh University (CCSU) was founded in 1965 and is a public university, located in Meerut, Western Uttar Pradesh. The university is accredited by NAAC with a Grade B+ and is recognised by the University Grants Commission (UGC). It offers several UG and PG courses, along with other diploma and doctoral programmes as well. 

Admission in Chaudhary Charan Singh University Meerut is based on the academic performance of the candidates in their most recent qualifying examination. While for some courses the selection is merit-based, for others valid entrance exam results are required for fulfilling the CCSU admission process. The exams accepted are JEE Main, UPCET, GATE, LSAT, LET, CSIR NET, etc. The university also its own entrance exam which is required for admission to B.P.Ed, M.P.Ed, MJMC, MSW, LLM, MHRD, M.Lib.I.Sc., MFAP, etc. The University conducted exam will be followed by a counselling session. The medium of the Entrance Test will generally be English, except in the case of the language courses. For Masters, Bachelors, Diploma and Certificate programmes, with merit-based admissions shall be done on the basis of an online Merit List generated on a common portal (www.ccsuweb.in) for both, the University Campus and the affiliated colleges. 

The Chaudhary Charan Singh University admission to PG courses is offered based on CCSU Meerut Entrance Test followed by a personal interview (PI). As per the CCSU Meerut PG admission criteria, 50% of the total seats are filled based on the merit of the qualifying exam and the remaining seats are filled based on rank in the entrance test. For CCSU Meerut PhD admission, candidates are shortlisted based on the candidate’s performance in the entrance test and personal interview round. The courses offered at CCSU Meerut are UG, PG, diploma, advanced diploma and postgraduate diploma. Admission is made on the basis of merit and entrance tests conducted by the university. 

CCSU UG Admission 2024

The following parameters are necessary to qualify for CCSU Meerut UG admission:

• For BA (H) / B.Com (H) / B.P.Ed / LLB / BA.LLB: Candidates must have passed 10+2 from a recognised board of education
• For B.Sc (H): Candidates must have passed 10+2 with 50% in science stream from a recognised board
• For BLIS: Candidates must have a Bachelor’s Degree in any discipline from any recognised university
• For BBA / BJMC: Candidates must have passed 10+2 with 45% (40% for SC / ST categories) from a recognised board
• Merit in UPSEE followed by counselling for CCSU BBA admission
• Merit in class 10+2 for CCSU BA (H)/B.Sc (H)/B.Com (H)/LLB/BLIS/BA.LLB/BJMC admission. 
• Score in the entrance test followed by a fitness test for CCSU  B.P.Ed admission.

CCSU PG Admission 2024

The following parameters are necessary to qualify for CCSU Meerut PG admission:

• For MA / M.Sc: Candidates must have passed Graduation with 55% marks in relevant subjects or 45% aggregate marks from a recognised university
• For  M.Com: Candidates must have passed Graduation in Commerce / Management with 55% marks from a recognised university
• For MSW: Candidates must have a Bachelor’s Degree in any discipline with 48% marks from any recognised university
• For  M.Sc (Ag.): Candidates must have passed Graduation in relevant subjects with 50% marks from a recognised university
• For  LLM: Candidates must have a Degree in LLB / BA.LLB with 50% from a recognised university
• For  M.Ed: Candidates must have a Degree in B.Ed/ BA B.Ed / B.Sc B.Ed / B.El.Ed (relaxation of 5% for SC/ST candidates) or D.El.Ed. with an undergraduate degree (with 50% marks in each) with 50% from a recognised university
• For  MCA: Candidates must have a Degree in Bachelor of Computer Application or Bachelor of Science (Computer Science) or any Computer Application from any recognised university with 45% or 55% aggregate.
• For  MLISc. : Candidates must have a B.Lib.Sc. or B.L.I.Sc. degree with at least 50%
• For  M.P.Ed: Candidates must have passed B.P.Ed or equivalent degree with at least 50%
• For MJMC: Candidates must have a Degree in BJMC or Bachelor’s Degree in any discipline with 45% marks from any recognised university
• For  MLISc. : Candidates must have a B.Lib.Sc. or B.L.I.Sc. degree with at least 50% 
• For  MHRD / MFAP: Candidates must have a Bachelor’s Degree in any discipline with 45% marks from any recognized university
• Merit secured in Graduation for CCSU  MA / M.Sc / M.Com admission
• Merit in UPCET followed by counseling for CCSU MCA admission
• Score in the entrance test conducted by the university for  CCSU MSW / LLM / M.P.Ed / MLISc. / MJMC / MHRD / MFAP admission

CCSU BTech Admission 2024

The following parameters are necessary to qualify for the CCSU Meerut BTech admission process:

• Candidate passed 10+2 in science from a recognised board
• Merit in UPCET followed by a counselling

CCSU MBA Admission 2024

The following parameters are necessary to qualify for CCSU Meerut MBA admission: 

• Candidates must have passed Graduation in any discipline from a recognised university.
• Merit in UPSEE followed by a counselling

CCSU Diploma Admission 2024

The following parameters are necessary  to qualify for CCSU Meerut Diploma admission:

• For Diploma: Candidates must have passed intermediate in relevant stream with at least 48% of aggregate
• For  PG Diploma: Candidates must have a graduate degree & Diploma in a relevant discipline with at least 48% of aggregate
• Merit secured in class 10+2 for CCSU Diploma courses admission
• Score in an entrance test conducted by the university for CCSU PG Diploma admission

CCSU M.Phil Admission 2024

The following parameters are necessary to qualify for Chaudhary Charan Singh University MPhil  admission  :

• Candidates must have a postgraduate degree in a relevant subject with at least 55% (50% marks for SC / ST categories)
• Merit in an entrance examination

CCSU PhD Admission 2024

The following parameters are necessary  to qualify for Chaudhary Charan Singh University PhD admission  :

• Candidates must have a postgraduate degree in a relevant subject with minimum 55% 
• Merit is secured in an entrance examination followed by an interview conducted by the university

CCSU Admission Application Process

The candidate must follow the steps given below for admission into CCSU courses :

• Visit the official website of the university
• Click on the ‘Student section’ tab
• From the drop-down menu select the ‘Admission/Registration’ option
• After the registration is done fill out the application form
• Select the desired course 
• Fill the application form with the details required 
• Upload the documents that have been asked for 
• Pay the application fee and submit the application form 

Documents Required at the time of CCSU Admissions

• Mark sheet of Matric/High School/Secondary School
• Mark sheet of Intermediate/10+2/Senior Secondary School
• Caste certificate for OBC, SC and ST candidate
• Medical Certificate from a registered medical practitioner
• Aadhar Card
• UPSEE allotment (Wherever applicable) letter
• Transfer Certificate (TC) / Migration Certificate (original). 
• Character certificate.

The application process for Chaudhary Charan Singh University is completely online. Candidates are required to follow the below-mentioned steps to complete the CCSU Meerut application process:

Step 1: Register on the official admission portal of Chaudhary Charan Singh University with basic details, including name, email-id, mobile no., state, gender and password

Step 2: Fill in the CCSU Meerut Application Form

Step 3: Apply for your selected course

Step 4: Submit the application fee (Rs. 700 for General and OBC, and Rs. 500 for SC/ST candidates) for the Entrance Test is charged online while filling up the Application Form through e-payment, and no separate fee will be charged for the entrance test.  

Step 5: Download the application form and take the printout before the examination.
