Its main purpose is to provide financial assistance to the students of the country. Under the Vidyasaarathi Scholarship, there are a lot of schemes like JSW UMEED Renewal Scholarship for Students pursuing class 12th, ACC Vidyasaarathi Scholarship, Schindler Igniting Minds Scholarship, M.P Birla Utthan Scholarship and SNL Bearings Scholarship, PNB Housing Finance Protsahan Scholarship for Class 11th and 12th etc. Vidyasaarathi Scholarship is provided for several degrees and academic levels like Diploma, Undergraduate, Post Graduate, Diploma, or any professional degree.
The Vidyasaarathi Scholarships are designed to help the economically weaker sections of society. With the constant development of the education sector of the country, the overall cost of obtaining a decent education at all the academic levels is skyrocketing. It is not possible for several people, especially backward class students and students belonging to the economically weaker sections, to afford higher education. Therefore, in order to promote and encourage the upcoming young generation of the country, the Government of India has introduced the Vidyasaarathi Scholarship and meticulously framed its structure.
