Application Process for West Bengal Paramedical Admission 2025

The application form for SMFWB 2025 JENPAS UG 2025 and JENPAS PG 2025 are similar. Application Forms can only be filled in online mode. In order to fill up the application form, candidates need to visit the official websites.

Step 1: Application Registration:

• In order to register, the applicant needs to first enter his personal information such as Name, Date of birth, Father's Name, and Mother's name. While filling up the application form, the candidates need to be careful because the information entered by the candidates will not be changed or modified under any circumstances. Candidates should also note that the information entered by the candidate should be exactly the same in their mark sheet, certificates, identity card, caste certificate, etc.

• Duplicate registration will be blocked by the system.

• Candidates are then required to complete various personal details, including Nationality, religion, address, Choice of Examination zone, academic records, etc.

• After completing the application form, the candidates must choose their password and security question and answer.

• The candidates will be then able to review the whole application and make modifications as required.

• After that, the candidates will be asked to submit the application form

• The application number is then produced and the candidate will then receives a confirmation SMS / email.

• Candidates must recall their password and security questions & answers. The system is automated. If the password is lost, there is no way to recover it.
• At this point, candidates can log out or continue to take the next step.

Step 2: Uploading of images:

After filling up the application form, candidates need to upload their latest photograph, signature, and caste certificate all in one go. The dimension and size of the image and signature are mentioned below:-

If the photograph specifications do not match, it is not possible to issue the admit card to the candidate.

Step 3: Payment of Application Fee

After uploading the image and signature, candidates will be automatically redirected to the payment portal

• The exam fee can be paid through Net Banking / Debit Card / Credit Card or by using the SBI e-challan, automatically download once the same option is selected. After that, the candidates must take the printout of the Challan and deposit the fee in cash in any SBI Branch with Core Banking Services (CBS).
• Except for the payment mentioned above, there is no other way to pay the application fee. .
• Once the fee is paid, it is not refundable under any circumstance.

Step 4: Confirmation

When all of the above steps have been successfully completed, candidates will be able to download and print the ' Confirmation Page ' which indicates that the online application is completed successfully. The application form will not be complete until the confirmation page is generated.
