The main objective of the Training & Placement Department at the Baba Farid Group of Institutions is to provide students with industrial exposure both nationally as well as internationally. They also aim at providing their students with regular training sessions and industrial visits to gain on-field experience in the career they are looking to pursue. The Training & Placement Cell provides regular soft skills training to the students and helps them analyze their various strengths and weaknesses, work, and improve themselves.
Baba Farid group of institutions internship 2023, Around 9 B.Tech students were chosen for a one-month internship in AI-ML and IoT at IIT Ropar. Intel has chosen 16 B.Tech students for a one-month training program in AI-ML and Deep Learning at Unnati Industrial Training Program-Summer 2023. The internship provides the students with the knowledge of Resume & Cover Letter, Network & Volunteer opportunities, Interview skills, career advising and exploration, job search techniques and personal brading on Linked. These skills helps the students prepare for job opportunities and placements. Baba Farid group of institutions internship also helps the student understand a companies work environment.
