  • The eligible applicant must register himself/herself.
  • Fill all the fields such as Name, Date of Birth, Email, Category, whether Wards of Police, 8 to 15 characters password, confirm the password and enter verification code, mother's name, father's name, blood group, religion, present address.
  • Save and continue.
  • Select the preference of college. 
  • Upload photo and signature.
  • Download the application form.
  • Pay the fee through Bill Desk.  

FOL University of Calcutta B.A.LL.B Eligibility Criteria 2020

Candidates seeking admission to the B.A.LL.B at the Faculty of Law of University of Calcutta are required to meet the below-mentioned criteria:

  • Must have passed 10+2 or its equivalent from a Board recognized by the University of Calcutta. 
  • General category candidates must have obtained not less than 45% marks in best four subjects (Excluding Environmental Studies of WBCHSE).
  • Candidates belonging to SC/ST/PERSON WITH DISABILITY (Disability 40% or more) categories must have obtained at least 40% marks in best four subjects (Excluding Environmental Studies of WBCHSE).
  • Candidates who have passed 10+2 from a board other than ISC, CBSE, WBCHSE, NIOS, Rabindra Mukto Visyalay must obtain "Equivalence Certificate" from the office of the Registrar University of Calcutta, 87/1, College Street, Kolkata-700073. A written application in plain paper with a relevant photocopy of 10+2 Mark Sheet must be submitted for the same.

  • Merit in the qualifying exam.
  • Performance in the entrance exam conducted by Calcutta University.
