Overall: My overall experience in this college is good. I would like to recommend this college to those who want to B.Ed. specially from Kokrajhar district, Assam. A total fee of ₹30000 (including tuition fees, exam fees, admission fees, and other college fees) will be required to complete this course from this college.
Placement: Placement opportunity in this college is literally zero. If you are looking for a college that offers placement opportunities after finishing the course, then this is not the right college for you. You prepare for the entrance examination, pass the entrance, get a admission in the college, finish your course, and get a degree/diploma for your higher studies and for your future life. Don't expect that you'll be offered a placement in a growing industry.
Infrastructure: There are adequate facilities and infrastructure available in the college. Let me discuss a more about its infrastructure and facilities. 1. The college has enough classrooms with desk-benches, black boards, tables, chairs, and other necessary teaching-learning materials. 2. The college has a well-maintained central library with a decent number of books, magazines, articles, etc. 3. The college has a smart classroom where basically special classes and seminars are organised. The smart classroom has enough number of modern desk-benches, a digital board, projector, and good sound system. 4. It offers a good quality Wi-Fi connection for the the office staff, departments, and also for the students. 5. The college has a well-maintained auditorium for various events and cultural program. 6. It has a playground but its area is not enough large, however, it's okay to play sports like football, cricket, volleyball, etc. Infrastructure that the college must need to improve are: the laboratory, playground, campus, and sports materials. There are not enough sports materials.
Faculty: Teachers are well-qualified and knowledgeable. They are so cooperative, helpful, and supportive. Most of the teachers use traditional teaching methods and teach only the bookish content, I think the teachers must also focus on digital teaching methods and practice-based teaching methods.
Hostel: As I was not a member of hostel, so I can't share my own experience. However, my classmates who stayed in the hostel told me that the facilities like fooding and lodging are not so good but acceptable.
