Overall: It is the first engineering institution in Assam and therefore has a high credibility for those who have passed out from here.It gives a student more preference in outside.

Placement: Placements in our college are good and timely and there is an independent placement cell also.But the companies came is do not offer high paying jobs.

Infrastructure: Since it is the first Institution in Assam building got old from that established time.New buildinga are being built but not overall newly being built.And certain machines do not work properly.

Faculty: Faculties are nice and qualified.They are knowledgeable in their own respective field and teach very nicely and also clarify our doubts after class also.

Hostel: Hostel is neat and clean hygienic and food is somewhat okaish.Guards are there in hostel.Medicinal facilities are available in the Hostel campus.And a playing field is also there.
