About Indian Culinary Academy

Indian Culinary Academy was established in the year 2011 by the Academy of Science and Knowledge Institute of Hospitality and Culinary Arts (ASKIHCA). It is a private college, situated in Bangalore, Karnataka. It has been recognised by UGC and has also been approved by The University of Trans-Disciplinary Health Science & Technology, Bengaluru. The academy has also been accredited by the National Skill Development Council (NSDC), Govt of India. In addition to offering cutting-edge facilities and technology for students to use, the school gives students practical training in a range of culinary methods and cuisines.

The Indian Culinary Academy courses are offered to interested candidates at diploma, undergraduate and postgraduate doctoral levels. There are a total of 9 courses offered to students in the stream of culinary and hotel management. All the courses at the college are offered in offline, regular mode to the students. The Indian Culinary Academy admission to all offered courses is offered on the basis of the candidate's performance in the ICA Aptitude test and must have qualified in the last qualifying exam. For admission to UG courses, candidates must have passed class 12 or equivalent exams from a recognised board in any stream and for diploma courses, candidates must have passed the class 10 exam.

Every year, interested people have the chance to get Indian Culinary Academy admission to the diploma, undergraduate and PG Diploma courses. To be eligible for the courses being offered, an online application form must be submitted by the candidate.
