IIM Jammu admission process varies course-wise. For MBA admissions, students shall have valid CAT scores and must have qualified CAP/SAP for admissions. Further, working professionals with 50% in graduation can apply for the EMBA programme. The Executive Master of Business Administration (EMBA) is a programme introduced by IIM Jammu for working professionals willing to pursue a career in management. Candidates must have a bachelor's degree with a minimum of 50% aggregate marks for General, 47% for NC-OBC, and 45% for SC/ST/DAP category candidates. The degree should be from a recognised University/ educational institution or an equivalent qualification recognised by the Ministry of Education, Government of India, or alternatively completion of professional programmes such as CA/CS/ICWA. Prior to the deadline for applications, candidates should have at least three years of work experience to be considered eligible. Experience acquired throughout the study term will not be taken into account. The selection will be based on CAT/GMAT/GRE score or IIM Jammu Admission Test (IIMJAT), along with academic Profile and Personal Interview (PI).
For young aspirants interested in a management profession, the Indian Institute of Management Jammu provides a five-year Integrated Programme in Management (IPM).
