Established on July 24, 1944, Malda College is located in West Bengal, India. Spread across a sprawling 52 acres of land, the institution offers a variety of undergraduate and postgraduate courses across Commerce, Science and Arts streams. It is a government-run academic institution, which is accredited by NAAC and affiliated with the University of Gour Banga. Malda College claims to provide quality education and offer admissions to students from all walks of life, supporting the dreams of those especially belonging to rural backgrounds. 

Malda College has a huge infrastructure, which hosts lush greenery throughout the campus area. Additionally, all hostel buildings are assigned a warden to look after the well-being of the students residing on campus.
