HSC (Academic)

A passin the HSC (Academic) or its equivalent with a minimum average percentage in Mathematics, Physics and Chemistry put together as given below:

HSC (Vocational)

A pass in any one of the HSC (Vocational subject) with any one of the Engineering related subjects namely Mathematics, Physics or Chemistry with a minimum average percentage put together as given below:

Diploma

The candidate who have passed 10+3 Diploma (any stream) recognized by Central / Stage Governments.

            1) OC candidates should have secured not less than 50% marks in aggregate in

               all the semesters put together.

            2) BC / BCM / MBC & DNC / SC / SCA / ST candidates should have secured not

               less than 45% marks in aggregate in all the semesters put together.

B.E. / B.Tech

1. Electronics and Communication Engineering

2. Information Technology

3. Computer Science and Engineering

4. Computer Hardware and Software

5. Software Engineering

6. Electronics Engineering

a) A pass in a recognized Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in the relevant field and obtained atleast 50% (45% in the case of candidates belonging to reserved category) in the qualifying degree examination.

1) B.E / B.Tech / B.Arch. Degree Programme (or)

2) B.Pharm / B.Sc (Agri. / Forestry / Horiculture / Fishery) Degree Programme (or)

3) Master’s Degree in the relavant branch of Science / Arts, which are prescribed (or)

4) M.Sc (5 years) integrated Degree Programme

5) B.Sc 3 years (Computer Science / Information Technology) and M.Sc 2 years  (Computer Science / Information Technology)

(or)

6) MCA (3 years) after 10+2+3 years Bachelor’s Degree (or)

7) MCA (Lateral Entry) (2 years) after 10+2+3 years Degree in BCA or B.Sc. (Information Technology / Computer Science)

b) (i) 10+2+AMIE** (or)

    (ii) 10+3 years Diploma* + AMIE**

A pass in a recognized Bachelor’s degree of minimum 3 years duration with Mathematics at 10+2 level or at Graduate level and obtained atleast 50% (45% in the case of candidates belonging to reserved category) in the qualifying degree examinations.  

            1) 10+2+3/4 years Pattern (or)

            2) 10+3 years Diploma + 3 years pattern (or)

            3) (i) 10+2+AMIE**

                        (or)

                (ii) 10+3 years Diploma + AMIE**

MCA (Lateral Entry)

A pass in a recognized Bachelor’s degree of minimum 3 years duration with 10+2+3 years Pattern in BCA, B.Sc. (Information Technology / Computer Science) with Mathematics as a course at 10+2 level or at Graduate level and obtained atleast 50% (45% in case of candidates belonging to reserved category) in the qualifying degree examinations.

A pass in a recognized Bachelor’s degree of minimum 3 years duration and obtained atleast 50% (45% in the case of candidates belonging to reserved category) in the qualifying degree examination.

1) 10+2+3 years pattern (or)

2) 10+3 years Diploma* + 3 years pattern (or)

3) B.E / B.Tech / B.Arch / B.Pharm (or)

4) (i) 10+2 + AMIE**

    (or)

     (ii) 10+3 years Diploma* + AMIE*

The candidate should have obtained 45% marks (40% in case of candidate belonging to reserved category) in the above subjects taken together.
