NIT BTech Fee Structure 2024: The fee structure for BTech typically includes a tuition fee of INR 62,500 to INR 1,25,000 per semester. While VNIT Nagpur charges the highest NIT fees for BTech of INR 1,25,000 per semester, most NITs have a semester fee of INR 62,500. Apart from the tuition fee, one must incur other expenses like hostel fees, mess fees, one-time admission fees, and more. However, the same may vary depending on the National Institute of Technology, the student's requirements and their category. Eligible students can also opt for financial aid and grants if their family income from all sources is less than INR 1 lakhs and INR 5 Lakhs.
