NIT BTech Fee Structure 2024: The fee structure for BTech typically includes a tuition fee of INR 62,500 to INR 1,25,000 per semester. While VNIT Nagpur charges the highest NIT fees for BTech of INR 1,25,000 per semester, most NITs have a semester fee of INR 62,500. Apart from the tuition fee, one must incur other expenses like hostel fees, mess fees, one-time admission fees, and more. National Institute of Technology (NIT) Patna is the sixth oldest engineering college in India.
