NIT Silchar M.Tech in Microelectronics and VLSI Design Engineering - Fees, Eligibility, Seats and Admission 2024

The fee for M.Tech in Microelectronics and VLSI Design Engineering at NIT Silchar is 70000 INR. M.Tech in Microelectronics and VLSI Design Engineering admission 2024 at NIT Silchar will be based on GATE, CCMT.

To be eligible for the NIT Silchar M.Tech course, candidates must have a graduation degree from a UGC-recognised university with a minimum of 60% for general category and 55% for reserved category. Additionally, a valid GATE score is also required.
