North Lakhimpur College also offers free admission to students whose parent's income is less than Rs. 1.00 Lakh from all sources.

To get admission in NLC BCA applicants must clear Class 12 level Examination with Mathematics or Statistics or Commercial Arithmetic and Statistics securing at least 45% marks (40% for SC/ST/OBC students). The intake capacity for the North Lakhimpur College BCA programme is 30 seats.

The candidate should have passed Graduate students with Major in Botany/Zoology/Microbiology/Biochemistry/Biotechnology/Chemistry or any other related discipline with at least 45% marks in the main subject or B.Sc. (Gen.) with at least 45% marks in aggregate are eligible to sit in the entrance test. Candidates whose results have not been declared, but are expecting to pass before the entrance test with required norms can also apply.
