The year 2016 saw the founding of Punjab College of Law. In order for the average man to feel on par with the legal fraternity of the cities, the college's administration, or Sikh Educational Forum Tarn-Taran (SEFTT), took on the challenge of bringing legal education to the doorsteps of the general public. The GNDU granted affiliation and recognition after receiving the Clearance from the Punjabi government to open a law college.
Due to the fact that graduates from other institutions managed by management are establishing a name for themselves in the State of Punjab, management has experience in the field of nursing education. The management has chosen to broaden its knowledge of law on the same pattern. Because of this, the management hired a regular staff, including its Principal, who was chosen and authorised by GNDU. In legal education, the principal has a wealth of experience. He has guided a number of PG students and is guiding the students to achieve their doctorate in Law. It is this expertise of the management that has prompted it to delve into legal education and to not only produce toppers in the legal profession but also to produce expertise in different fields of law i.e. tax, lawyers in the field of Crime and Civil Law. A library containing bookcases and more than 15 million volumes by Indian and foreign writers. The library also includes volumes of the England Law Reporter, which students may use to update themselves on the most recent legal developments in other countries, in addition to Indian Law Reporters like AIR's and SCC. The administration has also made the campus Wi-Fi-ready in this way, and it has also acquired software that allows students to download the most recent High Court and Supreme Court rulings on hot-button matters. Punjab College of Law admission is done through both counselling and direct entry.
The Punjab College of Law (PCL) was founded with the intention of producing judges, PCS, IAS, and IPS personnel in addition to the highest calibre attorneys.
