Ramanujan College Admission 2024

The CUET exam results will be used to determine Ramanujan College admission 2024 for undergraduate programmes. Candidates must apply through the CSAS 2024 application form on the official website (admission.uod.ac.in) for seat allocation. The form has to be submitted with a CUET UG 2023 application number and the application fee payment.

All affiliated colleges with Delhi University will use the Common Seat Allocation System (CSAS 2024) for seat allocation and admission. Here, a candidate is given a seat, which if he rejects to take, will then not be able to participate further in the next CSAS 2024 rounds. This will mean that he has rejected the provisionally assigned seat. There will be at least four rounds of seat allotment for the CUET UG 2023 admission process, with a chance more of such rounds.

There are three phases to the CSAS 2024:

  • The University of Delhi application.
  • Completing the program's necessary forms and information.
  • Admission to the college and the assignment of seats.

The Ramanujan College, affiliated to the University of Delhi was established in 1958 by the Ministry of Rehabilitation, Government of India. Named after a great Indian Mathematician and autodidact Late Srinivasa Ramanujan, the college has received accreditation from the National Assessment and Accreditation Council (NAAC) with an A grade. In 2012 UGC recognised the institute as a full-fledged day college. Ramanujan College NIRF ranking is 41 in 2023. It has also signed MoUs for student exchange and other academic programmes with two foreign universities, namely Western Sydney University in Australia and MCI Management Centre Innsbruck in Austria.

Ramanujan College offers only undergraduate-level courses, admission to which is based on the candidate's previous academic merit and the scores obtained by them in the entrance examinations. Candidates looking forward to being admitted to any one of the UG programmes that are offered by the college will need to go through the Ramanujan College admission process.

The Ramanujan College admissions to all the undergraduate programmes in arts, commerce, science, and management as well as vocational courses will be done as per the DU admission guidelines. For this candidates will have to take the CUET UG exam and qualify for the Ramanujan College cut off list. The candidates will need to ensure that they meet all the eligibility criteria along with the cut-off criteria of the college for admission to Ramanujan College. For admission, the college considers the Best Four subjects of the candidates and combines the score to gather the aggregate score of the candidate for the programme.
