Meritorious students can compete for the following scholarships:

  • Shri Baldev Krishan Shastri Scholarship.

    • This is awarded to the student who secures the highest marks in the first or second year B.A. (Hons)-Hindi examination.

  • Teacher’s Memorial Scholarship.

    • This is awarded to the student who secures the highest marks in the first or second year B.A. (Hons) – English examination.

  •  Sh. N. K. Mansukhani Memorial Scholarship

    • This is awarded to the student who secures the highest marks in the first or second year B.A. (Hons) – Pol. Science examination.

  • Shri Sudesh Kumar Sharma Scholarship

    • This is awarded to the student who secures the highest marks in the first or second year B.A. (Programme) examination.

  • P.K.Grover Memorial Scholarship:

    • This is awarded to the student who secures the highest marks in the first year B.Com (Hons.) examination.

  • Krishan Kalyankari Memorial Scholarship

    • This is awarded to the student who secures the highest marks in the first year B.Com examination.

  • S.K.Chopra Memorial Scholarship

    • This is awarded to the Commerce Department student who secures the highest marks in Business Statistics or Business Mathematics in the first or second year annual examination.

  •  Kamala Kishori Memorial Scholarship

    • This is awarded to the girl student who secures the highest marks in the first or second year examination with an aggregate of at least 50%.

  •  Smt. and Shri Kapoor Chand Jain Memorial Scholarship. 

    • This is awarded to the student who secure the highest marks in the second year B.Com Examination.

  •  Smt. Khazano Devi Jain Memorial Scholarship. 

    • This is awarded to the student who secures the highest marks in the second year B.Com (Hons.) examination.

  •  Shri P. K. Kaul Memorial Scholarship. 

    • Two scholarships are awarded to the college toppers in commerce and humanities, respectively, in the third year examination.

  •  R. N. Goyal Scholarships

    • Two scholarships are awarded to the students who secure the highest marks in Financial Accounting in the first year examination in B.Com (Hons.) and B.Com programme respectively.

  •  Raj Kumar Gupta Scholarships. 

    • Two scholarships are awarded one to the student who secures the highest marks in Auditing in the second year B.Com (Hons.) examination, and the other to the student who secures the highest marks in Corporate Law in the second year B.Com examination.

Ramanujan College Scholarship:-

The achievements of Ramanujan College in various fields is highly appreciated and acknowledged by the college itself. The college offers a number of scholarships and awards to its students to encourage their excellence. The scholarships and awards offered by Ramanujan College of Delhi University are -

  1. Ramanujan Ratan Award:

  • A cheque of ?20,000, a memento and a certificate is given as an award to the student who has scored the highest percentage in all the three years of his/her bachelor in aggregate.

  • ?1,500 are awarded as a scholarship every month to the student who has scored the highest percentage in the 1st & the 2nd year in aggregate.

  • Among all the courses offered by Ramanujan College, the student who has scored the highest percentage during his/her 1st year of graduation is awarded a scholarship of ?1,000 every month.

  1. Raj Kumar Gupta Scholarship (A):

           This scholarship is awarded to the student who scores the highest marks in the 1st year of Mathematics Hons.

  1.  Raj Kumar Gupta Scholarship (B):

             The student who scored the highest marks in Company and Compensation Law get awarded this scholarship.

  1.  Kamla Kishori Memorial Scholarship:

             This scholarship is exclusively for girl students. The one who secures the highest marks in either 1st or 2nd year of her graduation in any course gets awarded with this scholarship.

  1.  S. K. Chopra Memorial Scholarship:

             A student securing the highest marks in Statistics Hons. gets awarded with this scholarship.

  1. P. K. Kaul Memorial Scholarship (A):

            A student securing the highest marks in the first year of Applied Psychology Hons. becomes the recipient of this scholarship.

  1. P. K. Kaul Memorial Scholarship (B):

            A student who has scored the highest marks in the first year among all the students of B.A (P) and B.A. (Hons) in Hindi, English, Economics, Political Science and Psychology gets awarded by this scholarship.

  1. Taro Devi Memorial Scholarship:

           A student who has scored the highest marks in the first year among all the students of B.Com. (P), B. Com. (H), B. Sc.(H) (C. S.), Mathematics (H) and Statistics (H) gets awarded by this scholarship.

  1. Smt. Khazano Devi Jain Memorial Scholarship:

            A student who has secured the highest marks in the first year of B.Com Hons. gets awarded by this scholarship.

  1.  Teachers’ Memorial Scholarship:

             A student who has secured the highest marks in either the 1st or the 2nd year of English Hons. gets awarded by this scholarship.

Hello Vivek,

The B.Voc Software Development course at Ramanujan College, in Delhi is governed by NASSCOM Sector Skill Council. The minimum eligibility requirement to apply for this programme is to have at least 50% marks in 10+2 in any stream. A CUET score is mandatory for admission. For general category candidates the CUET cut off marks required is 93-95.

The answer to this question depends on the course you are interested in as the minimum percentage requirements for different courses offered at Ramanujan College, Delhi can vary highly. For some courses like B.Voc. the percentage required is at least 40 per cent whereas, for courses like BA English and B.Com (Hons.), the cut-off percentage can go as high as 95 per cent.
