- 50% marks in the aggregate and 45% marks in the subject opted for Honours or
- 45% marks in the aggregate and 55% marks in the subject opted for Honours in the qualifying examination.
- 55% marks in aggregate when the candidate has not studied the subject or any related subject in H.S. for which Hons. is opted.
- Candidates belonging to SC and ST category will get a relaxation of 5% marks in case of i), ii) and iii) above.
- Candidates of SC and ST category will get a 5% relaxation in marks from minimum eligibility criteria.
