Placement: College placements are a crucial aspect of a student's academic journey, serving as a bridge between education and professional life. Overall, my college placements were a mixed experience. While some students secured desirable positions in reputable companies, others faced challenges in finding suitable opportunities. The career guidance provided by the college was helpful to some extent, but there were areas where improvement was needed, such as tailored support for students with diverse career interests. The campus recruitment drives offered a range of job profiles, but the selection process varied in transparency and fairness across companies. Despite these challenges, the placements served as a valuable learning experience, highlighting the importance of proactive networking, skill development, and resilience in the job market. Moving forward, I hope to see enhancements in the placement process to better cater to the diverse needs and aspirations of all students.
Placement: Yeah also placements are providing us the these kind of jobs for our better future facilities and survival they have to provide different companies performance and their review.
