SGNDKC admission is offered based on CUET scores followed by CSAS counselling. The CUET 2023 exam results will be used to determine Sri Guru Nanak Dev Khalsa College admission for undergraduate and postgraduate programmes in 2023. Candidates have to apply for a seat through the CSAS 2024 application form on the official website (admission.uod.ac.in). The application form is required to be accompanied by a CUET UG 2023 application number and application fee.
All DU-affiliated colleges will use the Common Seat Allocation System (CSAS 2024) for seat allocation and admission. Here, a candidate is given a seat. He won't be able to take part in the subsequent CSAS 2024 rounds if he declines the seat, which will be taken to mean that he rejected the provisionally assigned seat. There will reportedly be at least four rounds of seat distribution for the CUET UG 2023 admissions process, with the chance of more.
There are three phases to the CSAS 2024:
The Sri Guru Nanak Dev Khalsa College admission process begins with the filling up of a common application form on the official DU portal. For registration, the candidate needs to log on to the official website of Delhi University with a valid email ID that will be used further for the admission process. Admissions are given on the basis of the SGNDKC cutoff list that is made according to the merit in the qualifying examination. Once the registration is complete, the candidate needs to pay the application fee online through the portal. After the fee submission, the registration process will be complete for admission at SGNDKC Delhi.
The eligibility criteria are different for different courses. The common eligibility criteria to get into Sri Guru Nanak Dev Khalsa College in any undergraduate course is that the candidate must have scored a minimum of 55% marks in aggregate in the qualifying examination from any recognized board along with qualifying the CUET examination. For postgraduate courses, the candidate must have a valid graduation degree and passed CUET PG exam. There is no minimum age criterion for undergraduate courses.
Soon after the application forms are submitted, the selection process starts. The selection of a candidate entirely depends upon the cut-off criteria and availability of seats per course. The cut-off is the minimum percentage that a candidate must score in the qualifying exam to get admission to Sri Guru Nanak Dev Khalsa College. Cut-off lists are formed on the basis of the merit of the qualifying exam. The lists are posted and regularly updated on the official website of Delhi University. With the last cut-off list, admission to the respective course is done. No more applications are then allowed.
