The college has a dedicated training and placement cell which is responsible for conducting pre-placement activities for the students and ensuring they secure their desired job offers. The Sri Aurobindo College placement cell organised its first Job and internship fair- ‘NEEV’ where students got the opportunity to appear for interviews in 29 companies such as Tata, Decathlon, Paytm, NIIT, Byju’s, ICICI Prudential, Viral Fission, Chegg, Shoperty, Coral Knowledge Services Private Limited, Onourem, Athena Executive Search and Consulting, etc. More than 1000 students across DU and other universities registered for the programme. 315 students showed up for the interviews and submitted applications for 1435 job and internship openings.
Other than the internships, Sri Aurobindo College placements also observed students receiving full-time job opportunities from some of the reputed companies like Jet Airways, Teach for India, Concentrix, PosterGay, EY, Opinia360, Suncore Micro System, Syplite, Genpact, etc. 127 of the 347 students that applied for placements were chosen. Of the 127 students who registered, 84 were chosen for internships.

The college provides undergraduate and postgraduate level programmes in several disciplines, including the arts, commerce and science.
