Since the course is taken up by students who are already engaged in full-time employment, the institute does not have a placement process in place for PGPEM students. However, the course imbibes the required managerial skills in a candidate to move up the corporate leader and take up senior-management positions with additional responsibilities.

As can be seen from the syllabus of PGPM, the scope of the knowledge gained in PGPEM can be used in many different areas ranging from Marketing to Public Policy and others. Students in this course are provided exposure to a wealth of knowledge that is helpful not only to the candidate themselves but also to the organisation with which he/she is associated.
