Q
Overall rating of Mumbai University's life sciences dept

Overall: The Life Sciences Department at Mumbai University offers solid programs with good faculty and research. However, it could improve infrastructure and lab facilities. While the faculty and staff were generally helpful, my experience with the HODs has been frustrating. It's been two years, and our result and Degree's are still stuck, with little to no assistance from them. This lack of support from higher management is a major drawback. The teaching was good, but the administration issues really overshadowed the overall experience.

Faculty: The faculty seemed knowledgeable and approachable. But few are engaged in research,There were only a few supportive teachers, with one being especially knowledgeable and helpful as a research guide. Most faculty members had limited engagement, which affected the learning experience.
