1st Year PG Admission 2024-25 Final Merit Lists - The final merit lists for the 1st Year PG Admission for the academic year 2024-25 have been published. Admissions for the 3rd phase are now closed.

Malda College BA Admission

  • Minimum marks for admission in Honours course is 45% in aggregate or 40% in aggregate and 50% in the subject opted for Honours. If any applicant has not scored required marks in H.S. or equivalent examination then his/her application form will be rejected. 5% relaxation from this standard will be applicable for ST and SC candidates. 
  • One has to qualify Higher Secondary Examination with pass marks in five subjects (pass marks in English and Environmental Science are mandatory).
  • The best five marks obtained in Higher Secondary Examination shall compulsorily include English and compulsorily exclude Environmental Science will be used to calculate merit point. 
  • Total admission will be through e-counseling after pre-counseling verification as per merit list.
  • If any students from Jammu and Kashmir apply for admission to any course then the intake capacity of the respective subject will be increased by two.
