BMSCE B.E in Information Science and Engineering - Fees, Eligibility, Seats and Admission 2024

Overall: This is the top 2 college in Bengaluru. And it has best placement offers and the placement goes till 35lpa(on campus) and upto 54lpa (off campus). This college and best facilities and it has many events and fests in a year. There is no extra fees. And tech fest is conducted every month. Books cost around 3k per sem. College campus is super cool and class are very good ventilated, classes are provided with A\C. Many opportunities for the people who are in sports.

Placement: Placements are good in the college. You are provided a lot of good and excellent oppurtuinitie for the placement. The comapnies start coming to campus from the end of your 6th semester. The highest offer of this year is VISA near 33 lacs per annum, and the average is near 11-12 lacs per annum. The percentage of students getting placed is more then 90%.

Infrastructure: Even though campus is little small comapred other colleges, we had good campus life. Our college host annual tech symposium and a cultural fest called Phaseshift and utsav respectively. where students divide the work and organise everything required for the event to go peacfully. Some ↑ celebrities are also invited as guests. We even have clubs headed by students. Our college has almost 40 clubs.

Faculty: The college has tie uos with Samsung and HPE, which provide many good internship oppurtunities for different compyter science cluster department students. The students can easily avail internship in their 3rd year.

Hostel: Hostels are excellent. In a room you will be provided a bed, a mattress, wifi, table, chair, almirah, cupboards and the other necessary things. Hostel mess prepare good and healthy food suitable for everyone including veg and non-veg items. Yu can rent a room or pg nearby college only. There are a lot of present around the college.

Infrastructure: As BMSCE comprised of 10 acres in land size. So we can't expect much area to roam in college.But infrastructure include classes and labs which consists of best computer system and etc..

Faculty: Faculty where up to date. They do not discriminate among the students.If Someone is not understanding they teach like spoon feeding child to them. Supporting and caring for good students.

Hostel: Here two hostels are present national hostel and international hostel. National hostel cost around 2.5 lakh where as international hostel cost around 3 lakhs/year. If you want to stay in busy then it cost around 13.5k /month but in south we get mainly South Indian foods in pg, which taste not so good for other state people. So the only difference is food.

Placement: It's great, offering hundreds of opportunities. Students just need to seek them out and work hard. Placements: In our course, 99% of the students get placed, with the highest package reaching around 44–48 LPA and an average of 12–15 LPA. The lowest package is around 6-7 LPA. Companies like Juniper, Cisco, HP, Samsung, Visa, and Cohesity are among the top recruiters, offering various roles such as software development, data analyst, and data scientist. I think it the best choice to select bms for btech

Infrastructure: The BMSCE campus is Wi-Fi enabled having 24x7 internet facilities in the departments as well as hostels.Hostel facilities are provided for students that have a hygienic mess, RO drinking water system, 24-hour power backup, washing machine, water heater, TV lounge, volleyball court, multi-gym and indoor games. Bms college has a very good building in Bangalore

Faculty: The faculty of our college is highly educated, they guide us in a good way and everything is easy to understand. And also all the teachers are very humble

Hostel: The BMS Education Trust looks after the proper functioning of the hostels. It appoints wardens at all the 5 units that are created inside the campus for managing proper discipline and administration in the campus. There are 2 boy's hostels. The college also has two other buildings one of which is regarded as the main dining hall of the hostel and the other one is used as a multipurpose hall which also has the facility to accommodate around 180 students for the purpose of dining. And food in the hostel is awesome

Overall: BMS college of engineering it is a good college but like there are around 60 students in my class and the professors talk in kannada in middle of the class and they finish some topics in kannada we are from north we can’t understand so it’s bad overall faculty is good proctors and hods of ISE department are so lenient and polite , best of luck for people who’ll take admission in bms

Placement: my friend is in 4 year having 2 year backs still he is getting a very good placement of around 30l per year so ya if you’ll study there is very good placements even in lower branches like ece civl etc

Infrastructure: Infrastructure of bms is good like we got 2 building one pj block one pg block 4 -5 canteens each department has their separate floor and we got alot of seminar hall a huge library with good computer we got 6 floors on each building it is small but beautiful

Faculty: Bms faculty is good but I don’t about all departments , I am from ise so my faculty is so good and polite they will help you you can go there no need to be and guys bms full of female faculty

Hostel: Bms have alot of hostel nbh 1 2 3 4 5 6 7 8 iH 1 2 . Nbh for national students and ih for international students but you can take seat in ih also by giving money ig , nbh are okaish not clean but ih are so good and they are inside campus and night canteen alot of facilities
