NIT Surathkal admission 2024 has started. For BTech admission, JoSAA has released round 1 and round 2 cutoffs. Round 3 cutoff will be released by JoSAA on July 4, 2024. The college offers BTech, MTech, MBA, MCA, MSc and PhD courses. A total of 59 courses are offered by the college. NIT Surathkal fee for BTech is Rs 1,25,000 per annum. For PG courses, annual fee is Rs 15,000-70,000.

About NIT Mangalore

NIT Surathkal BTech admission for 2024 session will start with JoSAA registration from June 10, 2024. For admissions to M.Tech courses, GATE COAP 2024 seat allotment for round 2 has been released at the official website i.e. iitk.ac.in/coap2024. Candidates can exercise this option till May 22, 2024. 

National Institute of Technology Karnataka Surathkal was established as the Karnataka Regional Engineering College or KREC in 1960, as part of the second planning commission. NITK Surathkal has emerged as one of the most eminent engineering and technological institutes in Karnataka. NIT Surathkal is one of the top engineering colleges of Karnataka situated in Mangalore district beside the Arabian Sea on the western coast of the country. It is an autonomous institute and is approved by AICTE for conducting technical education. There are many academic and extracurricular facilities at NIT Surathkal. As per the NIRF Ranking 2022, NIT Mangalore has secured the 10th position in the engineering category.

The college offers a total of 32 UG and PG courses. NIT Surathkal courses range in disciplines such as B.Tech, M.Tech, MCA, M.Sc and MBA. The NITK Surathkal admission in the above courses is purely subject to the eligibility criteria and the performance in common entrance tests taken in respective fields.

The location of NITK Surathkal is easily accessible by road, railway and air. NIT Surathkal admissions to B.Tech courses will start on June 10, 2024, with JoSAA registration. The result of JEE Main 2024 session 2 has been announced on April 24, 2024. Following the result, JoSAA seat allotment will begin in June-July 2024 tentatively. For admissions to BTech courses, candidates have to appear for JEE Main and get valid scores to get accepted into the institute.

As per the JoSAA 2023 cutoff, the closing rank for JEE Main category is 1829 for CSE, 2975 for IT, and 2975 for ECE. So, you cannot get admission to the National Institute of Technology, Mangalore with your score.

Dear student for the admission the different colleges and universities follow different eligibility criteria for the admission in LPU the eligibility criteria is 60% in 10+2 with (English , Physics & Mathematics )+ LPUNEST/JEE MAINS. So, you need to clear LPUNEST or JEE mains. On the basis of JEE mains to form the eligibility you need to have 85 Percentile.
