You can sit for the Karnataka PGCET exam for CSE paper even after being an ECE non-Karnataka student. There are no restrictions for students of other states to join the Karnataka PGCET exam. However, it is important for the other states’ students to meet the eligibility criteria in order to take the exam. The criterion to be eligible states that the students need to score a minimum of 50% in their graduation. You should also note that those belonging to the SC/ ST category shall be considered as the General category students in contrast to the other states’ categories.
