Brainware University Admissions 2024 : Last Date, Entrance Exam & Eligibility

Brainware University admissions are done based upon qualification of BET or Brainware Eligibility Test for undergraduate courses and postgraduate courses. Some PG courses like MBA also require candidates to qualify group discussion and a personal interview round along with the entrance test. BET is conducted in an online mode for a total of a hundred marks within a duration of one hour. The type of questions are objective. Brainware University application process is held in online as well as offline mode.

Brainware University admission is offered to courses like BTech, BBA, BCA, and B.Sc at the UG level. Students looking for PG admission can apply for an MBA, MTech, MCA, MA, MSc, etc. Candidates who meet the eligibility criteria determined by the university can apply for admission via offline or online mode. As per Brainware University admission process, the eligibility criteria for UG courses is Class 12 from a recognised board with aggregate 50% marks whereas for PG courses admission at Brainware University, it is graduation with minimum 50% marks from a recognised university.

Brainware University Selection Criteria for Diploma Courses

Step 1: Brainware University selection criteria require students to appear for JEXPO for Diploma in Engineering and BET for D.Pharm, GNM, etc. 

Step 2: Candidates must qualify for the course-specific entrance test for the final selection.

Eligibility for International Student for UG Admission

Brainware University admission process for international students requires a student visa prior to arrival. Children of NRIs and PIO card holders are exempted from this rule. Self-financing students need confirmed admission letters for a regular student visa. Research students must submit a project synopsis, approval and No Objection Certificate (NOC) from the sponsoring institution for their visa.

Brainware University Selection Criteria for UG Courses

Step 1: Brainware University selection for UG courses is based on the entrance exam conducted by the university. 
Step 2: For final selection to some courses, candidates need to appear for group discussion and personal interviews.
Step 3: The final seat allocation will depend upon certain factors such as the marks secured by the candidate in the exam, number of students who have qualified for the exam, availability of seats, availability of course specialisation etc.

Brainware University Selection Criteria for PG Courses

Step 1: Brainware University selection for PG courses is based upon qualification of the BET exam. The exam is held in the university campus and candidates have to sit for it on the spot when they come for the enrollment process. Students who apply online and contacted by the admission department and a specific time for them to visit the university campus to take BET is scheduled. Moreover, the exam is conducted as a common entrance test for all the candidates regardless of the stream they belong to.

Step 2: For some courses like MBA, M.Tech etc candidates are also required to qualify group discussion and personal interview rounds. Only students who have been shortlisted in the group discussion and personal interview round will proceed for the counselling process and seat allotment. 

Step 3: The final selection depends upon marks secured in entrance exam, group discussion and personal interview, followed by verification of documents, number of seats available, previous academic record of the candidate etc.

Brainware University Selection Criteria for PhD Courses

Step 1: As per Brainware University PhD selection criteria, candidates need to appear for an entrance exam. 

Step 2: Candidates can either qualify for UGC NET, CSIR NET, GATE, CEED or BIT. 

Step 3: Candidates shortlisted based on their performance in entrance tests are called for personal interviews. 

Step 4: Final selection is based on cumulative marks obtained in the entrance test and PI.

Step 2: Click on ‘Apply Now’.

Step 3: Now register for a new student account and then fill out the Brainware University application form.

Step 4: Attach all the required documents.

Step 5: Pay the Brainware University application fee of Rs 400.

Step 6: Submit the application.
