Overall: Cotton University was transformed for Cotton College in the year 2017, after which a huge number of developments have been made in case of infrastructure, academics, cultural section, sports category etc. With Cotton University's participation in AIU Competitions many awards have come to the institution. Beside this Cotton University carriers a historical place in the state, being the first collage of NorthEast India it has produced many famous faces over the years. The faculties of the Cotton University are very knowledgeable and helpful towards students both in academics, providing internships and student exchange programs. With construction of new laboratory and research facilities the micro fellowship program has become easy for the students. Other than this many workshops are also organised by the University authorities as well

Geology is one of the successful course in the university, with a yearly fees of ₹8896 for general catagory students it covers the expanses for tuition fees, practical classes and examinations, field visit and excursion, but for students of ST catagory the fees per year is ₹1470, which gives the same experiences(the fees are same for every year). Other than this, Geology department also conducts Winter/Summer Internships for students along with Micro-Research Fellowship which fully sponsored and paid by the university. Other than this the university also has scholarship like ISHAN-UDAY which gives a scholarship amount of ₹80,000 in a financial year, along with it university also has NijutMoina scheme which gives financial aid to girl students particularly. Other than this, in the NEP-FYUGP course students with 7.5 CGPA and above also get a research project in the 8th semester which are fully funded by the University.

Overall: Tbh my college life was the best. I had so much fun here in this college. The staff the location the people here all were awesome. Loved this college so much.

Faculty: Not gonna lie the teachers here in this college were awesome. Like anytime i would go to them they would surely clear my doubt without any question. I wish everyone gets this type of faculty in their college

Overall: Indeed,CU is the best in Assam . Located centrally in Guwahati .Acquited with diverse curriculum from all arena , academics,sports Cultural,social , political,financial and skill.etc.

Faculty: CU is blessed to have highly intellectual faculty members. Almost 70% members being graduated from IIT,s ,Central universities of India ,And almost every faculty having a Doctorate degree .

Overall: It was a wonderful opportunity to study at Cotton University, where we gained valuable life experiences in addition to finishing courses and receiving a degree. Cotton not only strengthen your academic background but also gives you the experience of the best extra activities.

Overall: Overall cotton college is good in terms of learning and developmental skills. Faculties are very cooperative. It has good infrastructure and lab equipments.

Faculty: They are very helpful and kindly.Though it may vary from department to department. Professors are very well trained and teach well except some department.

Overall: Cotton College is the leading College in the Gateway of Northeast (Guwahati). It is a phenomenal college providing quality education to the students. It's infrastructure and academics have been a success throughout the years. I love the College.
