Following that English Translation, you must present certified copies of your transcript and award certificate in the original language (if awarded in a language other than English) together with the English language translated copies from the following recognized authorities: A person of authority at the issuing institution who is an official and accredited translator.

Following that, payment-related information, For overseas DBU students, the annual combined charges for all courses (tuition, examination fee, registration with the government, library fee, board, and housing) are USD 4,000. The University provides international students with a residential program (only vegetarian cuisine) and accommodations on a twin/triple sharing basis.

Air conditioners can be provided at an extra USD 100 per month/per tenant. The University actively advises overseas students to stay on campus. The aggregate yearly rates payable would be the same if they preferred to stay and dine outside at their own risk and responsibility. Some DBU foreign student scholarships are available and may be given with the advice of the Advisor for International Students. Tuition, hostel/accommodation, registration fee, and other payments must be paid in US dollars exclusively by wire transfer within 10 days of the offer letter's acceptance.

After completing the payment, the student must wait two to four weeks for the offer letter.

More papers will be sought from you if we need them to evaluate your DBU application. Therefore, your application will be held up until we get these papers. The offer letter includes a Letter of Offer/Provisional Admissions Letter, an Acceptance of Offer form, a Payment Options form, and Terms of Offer.

After receiving your Confirmation of Enrollment, you must apply for a student visa (CoE). Your CoE will be emailed to you. The length of your student visa will differ based on your degree (contact the Indian Embassy to find out more about the visa application process).

Note: Nepalese and Bhutanese citizens do not require a visa to enter India. On the other hand, Nepalese citizens need a visa to enter India from China.

The steps outlined below can be undertaken in conjunction with the visa application process

Step 1: Carefully read your Letter of Offer, ensuring your name, course title, and semester are right.

Step 2: Fulfill all of the terms outlined in your Letter of Offer.

Step 3: Email your acceptance, deposit tuition costs, Student Health Insurance fees, and all other payments for the school year you're entering.

Step 4: Once the first year's fee is collected, the Desh Bhagat University acceptance letter will be emailed to you. The institution will send a second email outlining the procedure for pre-enrolment, the start of classes, and other information required to complete the admission requirements.
