Dr IT Group of Institutes has a "Lakshya" of supporting graduates in locating respectable and deserving positions in order to enable them to enter the "Real World." The Placement Cell, Lakshya, which also acts as a point of contact between educational institutions and business, enthusiastically completes this delightful activity. In addition, 'Lakshya' has been more and more involved in 'on-campus' recruiting, assisting students in obtaining employment with respectable businesses like Reliance Communications, Tata Consultancy Services, HDFC Bank, Kotak Mahindra, Fullerton Securities, Future Group, HCL, Morepen, and Dr ITM Limited.
The Incubation Centre : A hub for incubation has been launched by the Dr. IT Group of Institutes, a creative and forward-thinking organisation, to help the campus's creative minds. The National Innovation and Start-Up Policy for Students and Faculty guided the development of this centre. The AICTE gave suggestions for this policy. Through this project, the Union Government seeks to provide educational institutions with the resources they require to actively engage both faculty and students in endeavours related to innovation and entrepreneurship.
In collaboration with Dr. ITM, the college's incubation unit makes a significant effort to support staff members and students who have unique business ideas in realising their ventures. In conjunction with the Union Government of India's Atma Nirbhar Bharat Abhiyaan, our chairman CA (Dr.) M.K. Mahajan has made significant efforts to inspire young people to start their own businesses and contribute to the development of a New India. An innovative meeting place for business concepts in the social and economic domains is what the incubation facility of the Dr. IT Group of Institutes intends to be. We aim to bring about a revolution in how college students think, act, and behave so that they are well-prepared to join the real world.
At the Dr. IT Group of Institutes incubator, there is a dedicated staff whose job it is to filter out unworkable concepts and decide which ones should be pursued. The group also develops soft skill training modules for students and anybody else who wants to participate, in addition to conceptualising ideas. As a result of the complete curriculum, the students' brains have been rewired to enhance their ability to communicate, be motivated, exercise leadership, and other skills.
Academia-Industry Interface : In today's scenario management courses, which no longer concentrate on a whole curriculum, students require experience outside of the textbook to an increasingly competitive business reality. Industry interface may be the most significant differentiation for management schools worldwide. By often inviting well-known businesses to meet with students and staff members and share their experiences, the school is serious about creating a strong foundation for business engagement.
