BTech Admissions Through CUET 2025

BTech admissions through CUET 2025: Did you know? Even if you haven’t scored well in JEE Main, you can now apply for CUET 2025 to get admission to BTech courses in India. To secure a seat in BTech programe at DU, candidates must clear the CUET UG 2025 exam. NTA released the CUET UG 2025 exam dates on its official website. CUET UG exam 2025 will be conducted from May 08, 2025 - June 1, 2025. The registration of CUET UG 2025 is ongoing and will be closed on March 22, 2025. After the CUET 2025 results, the participating universities or colleges that offer BTech admission through CUET will soon begin the counselling process. The university's official website will soon include a link for application registration. Only qualified applicants may register. The merit list will be released following registration.

Through the exam, candidates are shortlisted for admission to various UG programs including BTech programs at 45 Central Universities of India. Even though JEE Main 2025 is the main exam for admission to Engineering programmes, candidates can also get admission to BTech through CUET 2025. The central universities in India are now considering CUET scores for admission to BTech courses.

Dear Student,

Unfortunately, diploma students from Bihar or any other state with 10th marks are not eligible for WBJEE exam. This is because the minimum WBJEE 2025 eligibility criteria requires that all students (from West Bengal or other states) must have completed their 10+2 education with Physics, Chemistry, and Mathematics as main subjects to get admission to B.Tech degree.

Dear Student, 

The Government College of Engineering & Ceramic Technology admission process for its B.Tech process has not started yet. The WJEEB authorities will release the Government College of Engineering & Ceramic Technology cut off 2023 for B.Tech and the college will offer admission based on the cut off list. As the cut off list has not been publsihed yet, it is too early to comment on admissions. Congratulation on securing a good rank in WBJEE 2023. With 2200 rank you have a fair chance of getting admission to GCECT CSE course in round 1. If you look at the previous year cutoff trends of the  GCECT Kolkata the opening rank for the OPEN category was 1200 and the closing rank for round 1 was 2918.
