Overall: i studied in this medical collage and i have to say its one of the finest govt. medical collage in India .its lecture theaters and other academic facilities are actually quite good. even hostels rooms are also good with canteen ,tt rooms ,volleyball court etc
Faculty: faculty of mamc is best out there.few departments even exceed AIIMS.most of the authors of medical books could be found in MAMC.although most of the study in MBBS has to be done by self but academic staff of MAMC provides an extra edge

It has a huge campus of around 120 acres and the basic facilities are easily accessible at the campus. Maulana Azad College is very reputed since it is one of the few medical colleges affiliated to Delhi University. The fee is very reasonable at the college and the quality of education is good. Coming to the faculty and the placements, both are decent. The teachers are helpful and competent, however, exceptions are there. As for the placements, the average stipend for an internship is Rs 20,000.
Faculty: Most of my teachers were very helpful and knowledgeable. They were sincere in conducting lectures and evaluating our assignments. However, some of the professors were very ignorant. In their subjects, I had to stick to self-study. Some of the senior professors also had the experience of around 25 years.
