NIT Mizoram admission to BTech is based on JEE Main 2025\6 exam score. Students must qualify for the GATE exam for admission to MTech courses offered by this institute.

NIT Mizoram International Admission 2025

The Office of International Admission is the nodal point of admission to the University for international students. After going through the eligibility criteria for the courses, the students must obtain an Equivalence Certificate from the Association of Indian Universities (AIU) through their website. 

The students are then advised to send the following documents to AIU to obtain an Equivalence Certificate-

  • Degree/Certificate and the year-wise Academic Transcript duly authenticated by the Indian Embassy in the Country or its concerned Foreign Mission in India.
  • Accreditation status of the University/Institute which the student has last attended.
  • Copies of the academic Certificates from Higher Secondary onwards (where necessary)

All Foreign / NRI students must register with the concerned District Foreigners Registration Officer / Foreigners Regional Registration Officers within 14 days of their first arrival in India.

To complete the admission process, the student must report to the Office of International Admissions to complete admission/Foreigner's Regional Registration Office (FRRO) formalities.

Hi there, at LPU induction and reporting are considered to be very important. You need to attend it as attendance is marked for it which is considerable factor in letting you sit in the exams. You need to have minimum 75 percent attendance to be eligible to sit in exam. You may be allowed later but that will cost you attendance. Good Luck
