Sir MVIT Bengaluru training and placement cell is highly successful in developing students in all necessary skills and placing them in top organisations. Students are also informed about further education prospects in India and abroad regularly through seminars and workshops. Regular instruction on whole personality development and personal grooming is provided to students beginning in the fourth semester. Every year, at least 35 to 40 major corporations visit Sir MVIT Bengaluru campus, with 90-100% of students being placed.

After all of the training, it's time for the Sir MVIT Bengaluruplacement drive. The selection procedure depends on the organisation, there will be some aptitude testing, group discussions, and individual or technical interviews. Placement: The last year placement was not so good due to the recession. But this year we can see a good placement and the placement head is also good .we can see the placement head trying hard to get companies to our college
