Sant Longowal Institute of Engineering & Technology Scholarships 2025 - Details, Eligibility, Amount

The objective of the scheme is to provide financial assistance to the Scheduled Caste students studying at post matriculation or post-secondary stage to enable them to complete their education

The objective of the scheme is to provide financial assistance to the OBC students studying at post-matriculation or post-secondary stage to enable them to complete their education.

The scholarship is to be awarded for studies in India in a government or private higher secondary school/college/university, including such residential institutes of the Government and eligible private institutes selected and notified in a transparent manner by the State Government/Union Territory Administration concerned. It will also cover technical and vocational courses in Industrial Training Institutes/ Industrial Training Centres affiliated with the National Council for Vocational Training (NCVT) of classes XI and XII level

The Scheme will be implemented by the State Governments and Union Territory Administrations, which receive 100% central assistance from Government of India for the total expenditure under the scheme.

Under this scheme, scholarships are provided to GATE qualified ME/M.Tech  students and the scholarship account will be transferred to student’s accounts through DBT scheme.  This scholarship is sanctioned by AICTE based on the budget proposals & Gate Score Cards of scholars.

Rate of Scholarship : Under this scheme scholarship of Rs. 8000/- per month will be paid to Gate Qualified candidates during the course for which  fund sanctioned by AICTE.
