No, you cannot opt for only Maths exams through NIOS and be eligible for MT CET PCM B.Tech.

Student can take admission in lateral entry programme after qualify diploma. Lovely Professional University offers lateral entry programme in B.Tech. (Computer Science and Engineering) [Lateral Entry]. You can save 1 year in Btech lateral entry programme. Eligibility Criteria of B.Tech. CSE [Lateral Entry] is candidate must be Pass with 60% aggregate marks in Diploma (Engg.) (any stream) 3 years after 10th Or 2 years after 10+2 (Non-Medical) Or B.Sc. (Non-Medical) Or B.Sc. (Computer Science) Or BCA or equivalent, subject to qualifying LPUNEST. (5% relaxation to North-East states and Sikkim candidates or Defence Personnel and their Dependents or Wards of Kashmiri Migrants). Programme fee of this course is Rs 120000 per semester without scholarship. You can avail scholarship on your percentage in diploma course.
