All About B.Tech Dairy Technology

B.Tech dairy technology or bachelor of technology in dairy technology is a 4-year undergraduate degree programme that provides extensive training in the manufacturing of milk and goods as well as the engineering aspects of dairy processing machinery. Students of B.Tech dairy technology are taught manufacturing, distribution and quality management of dairy-related products. It also focuses on technologies for producing various milk by-products such as butter, ice-creams and other dairy products using scientific technology and engineering equipment and machinery. 

10+2 Science stream candidates who have studied Physics, Chemistry, Mathematics and English at the qualifying exam with an overall aggregate score of 50% are eligible for admission into the B.Tech dairy technology programme. 

There are many government and self-financing B.Tech dairy institutions where interested candidates can apply for admission after fulfiling the eligibility criteria. Dear student, to be eligible for B.Tech dairy technology admission, it is mandatory you must have studied Physics, Chemistry, English and Mathematics at the qualifying exam level. Also, you must have secured at least 50% aggregate marks and should not be younger than 17 years of age and older than 23 years of age to be eligible for B.Tech dairy technology admission.
