B.Tech dairy technology or bachelor of technology in dairy technology is a 4-year undergraduate degree programme that provides extensive training in the manufacturing of milk and goods as well as the engineering aspects of dairy processing machinery. Students of B.Tech dairy technology are taught manufacturing, distribution and quality management of dairy-related products.
