Overall: BCAS is known for its focus on applied sciences and is affiliated with the University of Delhi. It often receives praise for its infrastructure and academic rigor. Overall ratings by students typically range between 4.0 and 4.5 out of 5 depending on individual expectations and experiences.

Placement: The placement percentage varies across departments, with Computer Science, Electronics, and Instrumentation students securing better placements. Average packages range from ₹3–5 LPA, with some high-performing students getting offers above ₹6–7 LPA.

Infrastructure: BCAS boasts excellent infrastructure compared to many other colleges under DU. It has well-equipped labs, a modern library, and other amenities conducive to scientific research and study.

Faculty: Most faculty members are highly qualified, with many holding PhDs or advanced degrees in their respective fields. They are experienced in both teaching and research, particularly in applied sciences like Physics, Biology, Chemistry, and Computer Science.

Overall: The college is good with average facility. There are many events, fest and other extra curricular activities happens every 1 to 2 months their is also availability of canteen , playground and etc.

Placement: 2nd major problem is placement the placement rate of this college is very low the highest placement of this college is around 6 lakhs per annum. and the lowest is around 3 lakhs per annum

Infrastructure: College had average Infrastructure because of old building but on the other hand their is also new building whoch is about to open that is of good quality.

Faculty: Teachers are highly qualified and supportive towards children they not only helps the children in college assignment , projects, homework but also support them for their unique ideas towards country.

Hostel: There is no availability of hostel in college which is one of the major problem of students. Students who came from outside for study they have to either live in pg or their relatives house.

Overall: Overall college is nice, Girls in our college stays in groupism only, teachers are highly qualified but they thought that students already studied the chapters so they teach very fast as they only want to complete syllabus.

Placement: The placement in my college is almost NIL. Only students with highest marks gets placement other good students don't get appreciation from the college, the placement cell is very inactive. Companies came only in campus colleges not in off campus college.

Infrastructure: In my college there is no new building, there is only old building with old desks old classroom with dull paints. Only few classes have projectors for presentation learning. There is two computer lab with full AC and also some computers don't work.

Faculty: In my college teachers are very qualified , their teaching method is very polite, if students have doubts then teachers also clear their doubts very kindly. But also some teachers are very rude they teach in a class with strength of 60-70 students in which teacher can't have focus on dumb students.

Hostel: In our college surrounding there is no hostel but there are PG's for students of outside states. The rent is moderate 7-8k per month without any food availability, Students have to make their food on their own.

Hello Vani,

For DU admission 2023, to the undergraduate and postgraduate programmes, candidates have to take the Common University Entrance Test (CUET) exam. This exam has been made mandatory for all students seeking admission to DU. The requirements for the admissions are stated here, candidates have to meet the requirements in order to secure admission. Delhi University UG admission will consider CUET UG scores, while PG admissions will consider CUET PG scores. Candidates willing for admission have to show up for the appropriate exams.

Candidates who pass the entrance exam then must register on Delhi University's Common Seat Allocation System (CSAS) webpage in order to receive details on seat allocations. Multiple rounds of seat allocation are conducted using the CSAS platform. The combination of the chosen college/ university and programme, the candidate's rank on the merit list, the candidate's category (UR, EWS, SC, ST, OBC), and the availability of seats are some of the few variables that affect seat distribution at Delhi University. There are around 69,554 seats available at DU, 3,291 of which are designated for the sports quota. At Delhi University, 15% of seats are set aside for candidates from outside Delhi, with the remaining 85% reserved for Delhi candidates. The DU PhD admission 2023-24, will be done based on the Delhi University Entrance Test (DUET), which will be followed by a Personal Interview (PI) session, conducted by the respective department, in which you are seeking admission.
