West Bengal State University (WBSU) admission for 2023 will commence soon. WBSU is a state university which offers admission to undergraduate (UG), postgraduate (PG), doctoral and certificate-level courses across various streams.  WBSU UG admission is only offered to B. Lib.I.Sc at the university level and to other courses such as BA, B.Sc, and B.Com through the affiliated colleges of the university. MA, M.Sc, MBA, M.Com, MRS and M.Phil are the courses offered for  WBSU PG admission. Candidates are required to qualify for the eligibility criteria set by the university to be able to apply to their desired courses. WBSU B.LIB.I.Sc Selection Process

WBSU PG admission to Master of Arts (MA) is offered in various specialisations such as English Bengali, economics, geography and many more.  WBSU MBA Eligibility Criteria

• Essential Qualification: Graduates in Science/Arts/Commerce/Management/ Medical/ Engineering/ Law (5 years)/B.Tech/M.Tech and equivalent courses under the 10+2+3 system with 50% marks in UG/PG or in aggregate (5% relaxation for SC/ST/OBC).
• Desirable Qualification: Qualified in CAT/MAT/XMAT/GMA /GATE and relevant UGC-specified national/state-level entrance tests.

WBSU MBA Selection Process 

• The final selection of the eligible candidates is based on group discussion and personal interviews, both carrying 50 marks each, conducted by a WBSU selection committee.

 WBSU Application Process 2023  

• Visit the official website of WBSU and click on the ‘Apply Now’ button on the home page. You can also visit onlineregistrationwbsu.com/master-registration/home.php for new registration. 
• Click on the ‘New Registration’ button. 
• Click on the ‘Registration for UG/PG’ options. 
• Now choose your college from the list. 
• Fill out all the required fields such as previous college and course, date of birth, name, roll number, etc.
• Create a password and click on continue. 
• Note down the system ID and password that you have created for future reference.
• Click on Login and enter your system ID, password and click continue. 
• Fill out the WBSU application form with the correct information and upload the required documents. 
• Pay the WBSU registration fees of Rs 350 and submit.
