I was looking for career scope after D.Pharma and came across the website of Bhalchandra Group of Institutions, D.Pharma page (https://bhalchandra.in/best-d.pharma-college-in-lucknow.php) . I got the following details there. Having a degree in D.Pharma will enable the candidates to apply for pharmaceutical related jobs in hospitals. D.Pharma graduates can work at Pharmacies, Hospitals, Private clinics, Private offices, Training institutes, and Rehabilitation centers. Pharmacists can also take up administrative and teaching positions in medical colleges and pharmacy schools.

Dear student, for ranks above 1 lakh in KCET, you can look for colleges like Acharya & BM Reddy College of Pharmacy, Al-Ameen College of Pharmacy, East West College of Pharmacy, The Oxford College of Pharmacy, and Krupanidhi College of Pharmacy. You can also check the List of B.Pharma Colleges for KCET Rank 25,000 to 50,000.

Just with the rank, we will not be able to guide you better about the colleges. There are several factors that contribute to the cutoff criteria for admissions, like category, seat availability, the program you are looking for, etc. With a rank of 57933 in the COMEDK exam, it might be impossible to secure admissions to the AIML course at the top-tier colleges. However, you can still look for the chances to get admissions into AIML at some decent college that is less competitive college. You can also check out the COMEDK previous year cutoff trends to identify the chances of admission.
