GGS College of Modern Technology, Kharar is a private college established in 2002. The college was established with a vision of providing quality learning and teaching to the future leaders of the state. GGSCMT, Punjab is affiliated to IKG Punjab Technical University and recognised by the Punjab Technical Board, Punjab State Board of Technical Education and Indian Society for Technical Education. The college is a part of Sachdeva Group of Educational Institutions with Sachdeva College of Pharmacy, GGS Polytechnic and Sachdeva Girls College.
Currently GGS College of Modern Technology, Kharar is offering many bachelor and master programs in engineering, technology and management such as B.Tech, MCA, MBA, PG Diploma and BBA. All courses are well updated and provide career-related skills to the students. Learning at GGSCMT, Punjab focuses on a practical-based approach which enables students to understand the real-life principles along with the theoretical knowledge. Faculty members of the college have graduated from prominent institutions like NIT’s, IIT’s and IIM’s.

The campus of GGS College of Modern Technology, Kharar is constructed over 13 acres at Chandigarh-Ludhiana Highway, Kharar, SAS Nagar, Sahibzada.
