IIT Placements 2023-24: IIT Placements 2023-24 commenced for the top IITs on December 1, 2023, with crore-plus offers from trading and investment firms. IIT Kharagpur has bagged over 700 offers with 6 offers of more than INR 1 crore per annum. At IIT Delhi, 1,050 students have been placed in top firms, while 989 offers have been made at IIT Kanpur. With 1,340 job offers made to IIT Bombay graduates, 22 students secured lucrative salary packages of above INR 1 crore per annum. IIT placements across India are usually conducted between December and May. While the highest package of IIT in 2023-24, as recorded by IIT Kharagpur, stood at INR 2.68 CPA, the IIT average package ranges from INR 20-50 LPA. Some top recruiters at IITs include Capital One, Oracle, Nutanix, Boston Consulting Group, Bain & Company, McKinsey & Company, JP Morgan Chase, Bajaj, etc.

IIT Ropar GATE Cutoff 2024 - GATE 2024 cutoff for IIT Ropar will be released during the counselling process in the form of opening and closing ranks. The expected IIT Ropar GATE cutoff 2024 for General category candidates is 715 - 720, SC is 445 - 450, ST is 325 - 330 and OBC NCL is 605 - 610. GATE is the sole criterion for non-IIT graduates to get M.Tech admission at IIT Ropar. Therefore, the candidates must note that qualifying GATE is mandatory for M.Tech admission at IIT Ropar. IIT Ropar prepares the GATE cutoff by considering a bunch of factors including the previous year's cutoff, seats available in the specific course, the total number of candidates appearing for the GATE exam, the difficulty level of the exam, and the GATE normalized score. 

TS EAMCET B.Tech ECE Cutoff 2024: TSCHE has released the TS EAMCET B.Tech ECE cutoff 2024 following the release of the seat allotment round 1. The TS EAMCET B.Tech ECE cutoff 2024 for CVR College of Engineering is 8,911; for JNTU College of Engineering, Hyderabad is 2,954, for Vasavi College Of Engineering is 6,219 and for CMR Institute of Technology and Hyderabad is 22,370. The cutoff for TS EAMCET is prepared after considering factors like the candidate's performance in the exam, seat availability, candidate's category, number of colleges participating, etc. There are two categories for the TS EMACET cutoff 2024: qualifying marks and closing ranks. The TS EAMCET 2024 qualifying cutoff is 40 out of 160 for General OC/OBC/BC. And, there is no minimum cutoff for SC/ST students. TS EAMCET closing ranks will be issued during the counselling process after each round.

Jharkhand B.Tech 1st Round Allotment 2024 will only be available online in PDF format consisting of candidates' names, categories, and allotted college names and details. As per the seat allotment, those satisfied with the allocation shall log in through the login portal using their login ID and password. Candidates will need to download the seat allotment order online and along with other documents report to the allotted colleges. It is advisable for candidates to carry a set of original and a set of photostat copies of the same documents. After document verification, candidates shall pay the admission at the respective allotted colleges to confirm the seats. If candidates are not satisfied, they shall request for seat upgradation in the subsequent rounds. However, those allotted their first preference shall not be allowed for seat upgrading and only who have been allotted second or third preference shall request for the same. 

TNEA Counselling Dates 2024 (Released): The Directorate of Technical Education, Chennai has shared the complete schedule of TNEA counselling dates 2024 on its official site. The rank list for Tamil Nadu Engineering Admissions 2024 (TNEA 2024) has been released. Candidates must tap on the TNEA counselling PDF 2024 to find the academic general counselling schedule, government school studied (7.5% reservation) schedule, and vocational general schedule comprising registration, payments, choice filling, allotment, and confirmation dates. The TNEA Counselling 2024 process will be conducted online in three rounds.

TNEA Round 2 Counselling 2024: The Directorate of Technical Education has released the eligible aggregate ranks for Round 2 counselling of TNEA 2024 on its official website - tneaonline.org. Candidates in the specified rank range are only eligible to attend the TNEA Round 2 Counselling 2024. The exam authorities announce TNEA eligible ranks depending on their merit in the Class 12th examination and the availability of seats at institutes of Tamil Nadu.
