Selection of the B.Tech aspirants shall be done on their ranks in WBJEE/JEE (Main)/CEE-AMPAI-WB.

For getting lateral entry into the B.Tech course, candidates must have a valid rank of JELET which is conducted by WBJEEB.
Higher Secondary passed (10+2 passed).
The candidate should have passed 10+2(PCB) with recognized Board.
Higher secondary( 10+2) appeared or passed can apply ( any stream arts, science, commerce).

The applicant should be passed / appeared in the Higher Secondary Examination in the general or vocational stream or the West Bengal Council of higher Secondary Education or its equivalent examination from a recognized university / Board with Science, Commerce and Arts background. Candidates applying for admission should have English as one of the subjects at the 10+2 level. The admission of the candidate would be subject to clearing as guidelines of affiliated University.
Admissions to any of our programmes offered are strictly following the guidance of West Bengal University of Technology. Aspiring students can submit the duly filled Application Form. Admissions will be through the relevant Admission Committee. All candidates should have a valid rank of WBJEE / AIEEE and allotted a seat through Central Selection Counseling. Students allotted a seat has to take admission within a stipulated time notified by the college authorities at the time of Counseling & allotment.
The applicant must be an Indian citizen, having passed/ appeared at the Higher Secondary Examination in the General or Vocational Stream of the West Bengal Council of Higher Secondary Education or its equivalent examination from a recognized University/ Board. Candidates applying for admission should have English, Mathematics/ Statistics/ Business Mathematics / Computer Application at the 10+2 level. The admission of the candidate would be subject to clearing as per guidelines of affiliated University.
Candidates with B.Tech / B.E. / AMIE degree holders in CSE / IT / MCA can apply. Candidates with valid GATE / PGET (Conducted by WBUT) / CEE-AMPAI score are also required.
50% marks in Graduation in any stream with BCA/ Mathematics / Statistics / Computer Science as one of the subjects from any recognized University in India. Students have to clear the WBJECA / CEE-AMPAI examinations of the current year.
Candidates applying for B.B.A must have passed Higher Secondary/12th standard from a recognised board with English as one of the compulsory subjects.
Candidates will be selected on the basis of the performance in Under Graduate Aptitude Test (UGAT), following which they can apply for GD/PI. UGAT qualified candidates may directly apply for the GD/PI round.
