Candidates who are seeking B.tech admission at Madras Institute of Technology must go through the MIT Cut off 2023. Aspirants for B.tech admission have to qualify for the JEE Main exam. The results for JEE Main session 1 has already been declared and the Madras Institute of Technology Cut off 2023 will be based on the JEE Main scores. Madras Institute of Technology was established in the year 1949 to create the niche of providing technical education to free India. Shri. C. Rajam founded the institution to provide India with the education it needed to reach technical expertise and was the first to introduce the study of engineering in specializations like automobile engineering, aeronautics engineering, instrument technology and electronics engineering. The institution functions with the aim to make India technically aware and advanced so as to be at par with the advancements of the world.
Later, the institute updated itself with time and started offering a wider variety of specializations in the field of engineering, such as production engineering, rubber and plastic technology and many more. In the year 1978, the institute merged with Anna University to explore wider exposure.

For PhD, the candidate will need to fill in all details and register by downloading the Madras Institute of Technology application form. The candidate will need to provide personal details, academic information, and other research-related details such as area of research, justification of the choice, print of the research publication, etc. The form needs to be submitted in campus with the application fee paid through demand draft.
