The M.Tech eligibility criteria for admissions at NIT Kurukshetra is that the candidate should have at least 6.5 CHPA or 60% aggregate in all semesters in the qualifying exam. For SC/ST candidates, the CGPA is 6 or a 55% aggregate in all semesters in BE/ B.Tech.

The eligibility criteria for MCA admissions at NIT Kurukshetra is that the candidate should have 60 per cent marks or a CGPA of 6.5 in B.Sc/ B.Sc (Hons)/ BCA/ BIT of minimum three years full-time or BE/ B.Tech or it's equivalent from a recognized university.
