Overall: Hi iam sreehari from NSS College of Engineering, Palakkad (Commonly known as NSSCE) is the fourth engineering educational institution established in Kerala, India. It was founded in 1960 by Nair Service Society. The college is affiliated to the APJ Abdul Kalam Technological University since its inception in 2015. The campus is situated in NSS Nagar at Akathethara, 9 km from Palakkad town, and 3 km from the Palakkad junction Railway station. The nearest airports are at Coimbatore (55 km) and Cochin International Airport (110 km). Spread over 100 acres, it includes an administrative block and other blocks, a library block and five hostels including two for women and with good infrastructure.

Infrastructure: Very good in infrastructure There are three men's hostel blocks and two women's hostel block with a capacity of 483 and 500 students respectively. The hostels are under direct control of the warden and each hostel has one or two members of the staff of the college as assistant wardens and are responsible to matters connected with the hostel. Faculty: Nss enginerring collage known as best in faculty The institution offers B.Tech and M.Tech degree courses of the A P J Abdul Kalam Technological University in the following 6 branches of engineering. Mechanical Engineering (ME) Electrical & Electronics Engineering (EEE) Civil Engineering (CE) Instrumentation & Control Engineering (IC) Electronics & Communication Engineering (EC) Computer Science Engineering (CSE) The College started with three branches of Engineering viz, Civil, Mechanical and Electrical & Electronics Engineering, made long strides with the introduction of Instrumentation & Control Engineering course in 1980, Electronics & Communication Engineering in 1986 and Computer Science Engineering in 1999. The following courses are offered by the college.

Hostel: So good and clean hostel.There are three men's hostel blocks and two women's hostel block with a capacity of 483 and 500 students respectively. Overall: Overall college is good It provide a good placement and great atmosphere to study .The college is better than most of the private colleges and is very reputed.

Faculty: The teachers are highly qualified, as you can expect from a top-rated government college in Kerala. The course is from Kerala Technical University. The course is a little old as compared to the current market standards, but it is relevant enough.

Hostel: All hostels provide good food. Wi-Fi is available in our college. There are 3 hostels for boys and 2 hostels for girls. Hostel staff is also so caring.

Placement: Placement is done on 4th year of the degree by ptib of the college Many companies come for recruitment and almost everyone gets placed based on their interest

Infrastructure: Infrastructure is little old as it was made more than 60 years ago. New buildings are are being constructed as per need Repairing of old infrastructure are also in place

Faculty: Well qualified faculties are present in the college Most of the faculties are phd holders Faculties also teaches on contract basis Good teaching experience and practical knowledge

Hostel: Separate hostels for both man and women Private hostels and homestay can be found abundant near the college Foods are well prepared and is based on inmates choices

Overall: As a student of NSS College,it is a nice clg compared to other colleges.Good Teaching,Good Staffs etc.The Give all the freedon for students. The Teachers are very loving.

Placement: I think there is lot of placements available in this college.As it was government college the scope is Very High As for a bsc students The Scope is very very High.

Faculty: As I was studying in BSC Science,the faculty of bsc was great.Good Character,Good Behaviour was A great symbol of good Teacher.Teachers always support The students

Hostel: Coming to the hostel,it is very neat and clean.As Vompared to other hostels its its just awesome.Other one is food.Hostel food is very good.Best Food for college Students
