Founded in the year 2009, Universal Group of Institutions or UGI is one of the most prestigious private engineering and management colleges in Punjab. It is affiliated to Punjab Technical University and aims at imparting quality education across various streams such as Engineering, Agriculture, Nursing, Arts, Management, Commerce and Banking, Pharmacy, Law, IT, Medical and Hotel Management. UGI is equipped with highly experienced staff members that spread education through vivid degrees available in the college such as B.Tech, BBA, B.Com, B.Sc, BCA, Diploma etc. The course of the college is designed to help students nourish and contribute to society with the best outcomes.
The world-class infrastructure of UGI is equipped with all the modern amenities and facilities that make access to education fun and easy. The campus is equipped with high-speed wifi and a well-stocked library which help in a smooth flow of knowledge. UGI also boasts of a students centre, ultra-modern gymnasium, health care facilities, cafeteria, hostels and a sports complex. The college also provides a fleet of buses as transportation facilities for conveyance from nearby towns. The open-air theatre of UGI can accommodate 500 students comfortably and is utilised for annual functions, events, cultural activities, youth festivals etc.
UGI has a yoga centre, gymnasium and sports facilities for the students that help them in recreational activities.
