Zakir Husain College Admission 2024

For the undergraduate courses, the college will accept the CUET UG Result 2023. The result will be released in September 2023, by the NTA. Now that the results are out, Zakir Husain Delhi College will move forward with its UG admissions. The college will prepare its own merit list and counselling schedule. Students must register themselves on the CSAS portal. Below we mention all the details regarding the admission process for the UG courses at the college:

  • The Common Seat Allocation System (CSAS) will take place in 3 phases.
  • The first phase comprises applying to Delhi University.
  • The second phase will be the selection of the preferred colleges and courses by students.
  • The third phase will be the allotment of seats and thereafter, admission confirmation.
  • The admissions will be based on the “Subject-based Normalised Scores” as declared by the NTA on students’ CUET Result 2023 scorecards.
  • The programme-specific merit score will be auto-calculated by the university as per the eligibility criteria.
  • As per the CUET Samarth and DU guidelines, students must select as many choices of courses and colleges as possible. This is advised to avoid problems during seat allotment.
  • Once the preference-filling phase of CSAS portal 2024 will end, seats will be allotted on a tentative basis.
  • Apart from this, there will be a two-day window for reordering the college and course preferences of students.
  • There will also be a Mid-Entry window which will open after the second phase. This will be a one-time window as of now, but Delhi University may reopen it if the need be.
  • Students must accept their seats within the mentioned deadlines or else they will be considered a “Decline” from the student’s end.
  • For the PG courses, the admissions will be done through the DUET (Delhi University Entrance Test).
